Request for Assistance with Food
If you are in need of a Food Parcel for yourself and immediate family, please ask us by providing the following information. Privacy is respected at all times and none of your information is given to anyone outside our Foodbank. Please ensure you let us know who is asking, how to contact you, the address that we would need to deliver to, and the number of adults (20+ years), teenagers (13 - 19 years), children (3 - 12 years), and babies (0 months to 2 years) you are in need of food for.
Please do not submit multiple requests. If you provide a valid email and leave the 'Send me a copy' box ticked, we will send an email that confirms your request was received. You may not be contacted the same day you make your request.
The Foodbank will be closed between 23/12/2024 and 3/1/2025 inclusive. Please note : our operating hours are 10am to 5pm, and not on weekends or public holidays.
Due to high demand we have had to disable this Food Assistance Request for the time being. We will process as much of the backlog of Parcel Requests as possible, before we stop for Christmas. We will re-open the use of this form sometime during January next year.
